Saturday September 10th is World Suicide Prevention Day.

Each year on this day, attention is brought to the issue of suicide in hopes of reducing stigma and increasing awareness.

Helplink Mental Health launched their mental health services on World Suicide Prevention Day and this year they celebrate 10 years of providing support for those who find themselves struggling.
