Sport Ireland have teamed up with Dermot and Dave to find Your Personal Best.
What is Your Personal Best?
Well, that's up to you! Maybe you've gotten a little too fond of the couch during the last few months, or maybe the upheaval in our lives has seen you forget to mind your own wellbeing in the way you'd like to do.
It's NEVER too late to start and get back into activity and we want to work with you to take action and make a sustainable change before the end of the year.
How can I get involved?
It's simple really! We're looking for 3 people to become our 'leaders', you'll work with Your Personal Best trainer Paul Opperman to find a lifestyle, fitness and nutrition plan that works for you.
Dermot and Dave will follow the highs, the lows and the changes as they happen each week on the show.
