Sport England has developed a campaign to encourage people to forget about body hang-ups while in the gym, pool or out getting fit. Yes, it's targeted at people across the water, but it went down a storm over here when it was released yesterday.

The ad features women running, swimming, boxing, spinning, dancing, playing soccer and handball and taking part in a whole load of other activities that make them sweat and jiggle and go red in the face as we all do when we work out.

"Fear of judgement is stopping many of us from taking part in exercise. But as thousands of women up and down the country are proving, it really doesn’t have to."

The campaign called #ThisGirlCan aims to get women of all ages and abilities back to sport but we think the message is universal, after all, girls aren't the only ones with body hang-ups!

The messages in the film include 'I jiggle therefore I am', 'I kick balls, deal with it' and 'Sweating like a pig' and loving it!

It's great! Watch it here.
