How do you feel about pranks and practical jokes? Always a good laugh or sometimes taken too far?

Well, Andrew Walls, a 32-year-old from Delaware in the US, woke up after an anesthetic for a colonoscopy and discovered that he was a wearing a pair of women's knickers - pink ones.

Mr Walls, who worked at the hospital, is looking for damages for what his lawyer says was an "outrageous prank" played on him by his colleagues. Mr Walls says that the prank caused him "shame, embarrassment and personal humiliation", and he has since quit his job because of the "severe emotional stress" he has endured.

According to FirstCoastNews.com, "When the plaintiff recovered from the effects of the anesthesia administered by defendants, he awoke to realize that while he was unconscious pink women's underwear had been placed on his body. When the plaintiff initially presented for his colonoscopy he had not been wearing pink women's underwear and at no time did the plaintiff voluntarily, knowingly or intentionally place the pink women's underwear upon himself."

It continues "The suit offers no other details and does not offer any possible explanations why someone at the surgical center would put pink underwear on Walls beyond a general intent to embarrass or harass him."

A good laugh? Or way too far?
