Every Tuesday Ed picks tracks from two Irish acts to feature on Ceol For the Soul.

First up this week is Derry band Cherym with their latest release 'Abigail'.

Building on the DIY energy and attitude of their debut ‘Mouthbreatherz’, ‘Abigail’ reflects the progression of a group that has went from organising their own shows to performing at Indiependence and Electric Picnic in the same summer, as well as winning 2019's Northern Ireland Music Prize.

You'll definitely find yourself singing this one to yourself over the next few days!

The next Ceol For the Soul artist is Eve Belle with 'Smithereens'.

'Smithereens' continues Eve's streak of shimmy discs, and she says the song "is about that tortuous feeling of having missed your chance with someone and watching them move on". We've all been there, Eve!

You can see Eve Belle when she plays the Sound House in Dublin on 25th March.

Tune in to Ed's National Anthems every Monday-Thursday 7-10pm.
