Outselling Lady Gaga and Ed Sheeran is no easy feat, but that's exactly what Hugh Jackman and co have done with the soundtrack to The Greatest Showman.
The album was the No.1 selling record in 2018 across the world according to the IFPI Global Album Chart.
The chart takes into account both physical and digital copies sold to come up with a definitive list of top selling albums.
The album has been in the Irish charts for 63 weeks and spent a whopping 24 consecutive weeks at Number 1.The soundtrack also reached No.1 in Australia, the USA and Japan.
Other albums that were hugely successful worldwide include the soundtrack from A Star Is Born which came in 4th, Ed Sheeran's Divide at 6th and the soundtrack from Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again!
