Beyoncé turned up at the BET Awards in America last night for a surprise performance.
The singer performed Lemonade album track 'Freedom' with rapper Kendrick Lamar at the ceremony, in suitably dramatic fashion.
The performance has been widely praised, most notably by her 'Beyhive', (collective noun for her fans, FYI), who absolutely lost the plot on Twitter.
ok so beyonce completely just slayed and slaughtered my life.

You guys can love Kanye all you want, but Beyoncé & Kendrick are the only ones saying things that actually matter. Their power is absolute.

Still can't believe Kendrick + Beyoncé. They were truly feeding off each other's energy. I love that so much.

... Which lead to some fans speculating that Kendrick didn't appreciate the splash back
Wouldn't wanna be up against B in a water fight, that's for sure.
Kendrick and Beyoncé's performance last night was cool. Dot looked kinda mad when bey was kicking that water at him though. #BETAwards

When people tried to accuse her of pre-recording her performance ...
😂😂RT @TMikaMouse: Just saw a man on Facebook say that Beyoncé's performance was taped and mailed in. pic.twitter.com/ZmfuvWBu6z
