Deer Farm in Mitchelstown, Cork will play host to the Indiependence Music & Arts Festival this weekend. The festival has become a staple of the Irish music fan’s summer diet.
The line-up has some great acts (and plenty of them home-grown) to catch in the sunshine.

Among those performing at the festival are various artists who have joined us in the Today FM studios for live sessions:
Walking On Cars take to the stage on Friday night - they performed 'Catch Me If You Can' on The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show:
Also playing on Friday are We Cut Corners - check out their performance of 'YKK' on the Breakfast Show
Vann Music joined Paul McLoone in session a few months ago:
Delorentos take to the stage on Saturday - they performed their single 'Petardu' on the Breakfast Show:
Check out Hozier's live performance of 'Take Me To Church - he plays Sunday:
Damien Dempsey brought some positive vibes into studio with his single 'Negative Vibes':
Our own Paul McLoone starred in the video for the single but here are The Minutes playing 'Cherrybomb' live in session:
Singer-songwriter Lisa O'Neill released her album Same Cloth Or Not last October – it was nominated for the Meteor Choice Music Prize shortlist for Irish Album of the Year 2013:
