Eliza and the Bear are a five-piece band from London, and the process of making music is a career, yes - but it's also therapy for lead singer James, who suffers from arthritis in his hands. 

They cite the likes of Bombay Bicycle Club and Arcade Fire as their influences, and the name is inspired by a collection of poems by Eleanor Rees.
