Madeon is a 20 year old producer and DJ from France – known by his nearest and dearest as Hugo Pierre Leclercq. He started making music at the tender age of 11 – he went under the pseudonym Deamon for a couple of years producing a genre of dance music called “hands-up” it’s Euro-electro dance for those of you who aren’t aware... he changed from Deamon to Madeon in 2010 and moved onto house music. He uploaded a mash up called “Pop Culture” to YouTube in 2011 which gained millions of hits – and his success grew from there. This track is the second to be taken from his upcoming debut album Adventure – which is out on 27th March. He worked with the likes of Bastille, Passion Pit, and Foster the People on the new album so it should be a good listen. This is Madeon featuring Kyan with “You’re On” and it’s Friday’s Daily Download.
