Today’s Daily Download comes from Raleigh Ritchie, this has been a favourite of mine for a while now, and it’s called “Stronger than Ever”. If the name Raleigh Ritchie isn't familiar at first mention, Game of Thrones fans will know him as character Grey Worm. Not only is he a talented actor, but he’s an accomplished musician in his own right. Raleigh Ritchie is actually his “performance name”, he was born Jacob Anderson.

At the young age of 25, he’s already achieved a lot in his career – he’s featured in countless TV shows and movies, with Game of Thrones being the most recent... He kicked off his music career when he recorded a track with Plan B for the movie Adulthood. He was subsequently signed to Columbia Records and released three EPs over the course of 2013 and 2014. He’s not the only Game of Thrones cast member that has branched out into the music world, Kristian Nairn a.k.a. Hodor is a part time DJ, and has released a new track called Up”.

Game of Thrones is home to plenty of celebrity fans... Snoop Dogg enjoys it for its factual historical references - according to him anyway… it’s like a history lesson in a one hour sitting! Will Champion from Coldplay was present at the infamous Red Wedding. Speaking of the Red Wedding, Joffrey, the most hated character watched his bride Margery walk down the aisle to a very special wedding band – Sigur Ros!
