Today’s Daily Download comes from a musician called Obara Ejimiwe – otherwise known as Ghostpoet. He hails from London – I’m a big fan of a previous single of his called “Liiines” so I was very excited to hear this new one... He’ll be making the trip to Dublin on 1st April for a gig in the Button Factory in Dublin and his new album Shedding Skin, will be out on 27th February – this is his third album release. This new album is the follow-up to 2013’s Some Say I So I Say Light. His 2011 debut album Peanut Butter Blues & Melancholy Jam was nominated for the Mercury Prize that year – although he was beaten by PJ Harvey... This is “Off Peak Dreams” by Ghostpoet and it’s Wednesday’s Daily Download... enjoy.
