Today’s Daily Download is a particular favourite of mine, and he has been for some time now – we even had the pleasure of having him perform live on the show a while back... It’s Saint Raymond with his single “Young Blood”. Saint Raymond, a.k.a. Callum Burrows is a 25 year old singer from Nottingham in the UK. He took the stage name after he combined the street that he grew up on, with his grandfather’s name. He supported Haim in 2013 and went on to become the opening act for Ed Sheeran's Multiply Tour in the UK and Europe. After a string of EPs, Saint Raymond has just released his debut album entitled “Young Blood”. Famed Irish music producer Jacknife Lee worked with St. Raymond on this debut album – Lee is behind various projects with artists such as U2, Bloc Party, and Kasabian. This is Saint Raymond with “Young Blood” and it’s Wednesday’s Daily Download.
