Longitude is almost upon us once again!

The three day festival in Marlay Park will see international acts The National, Kendrick Lamar and Major Lazer rock the gaff, as well as loads of upcoming, homegrown talent.

Here in the TodayFM offices, we picked our fave acts to check out over the course of the weekend!

Shura

Manchester's Shura is being touted as the best and most unexpected pop star to come out of 2016. Her new album, 'Nothing's Real' is full of stuff to get you dancing, particularly What's It Gonna Be? Expect a thoroughly enjoyable bop!

Shura plays Sunday July 17th at Longitude Festival.

Daughter

Returning after a critically acclaimed album is no mean feat - Daughter took the pressure put upon them and delivered ten-fold with sophomore release 'Not To Disappear'. This is their first Irish appearance in a while, and it's definitely one not to be missed!

Daughter play Friday July 15th at Longitude Festival.

Otherkin

Brace yerselves - it's gonna get loud. Otherkin bring the noise to the first day of the festival the only way they know how - aggressive riffs, pummeling vocals and sweaty crowd antics.

Otherkin play Friday July 15th at Longitude Festival.

Stormzy

Shut up! Stormzy's playing Longitude!? The new kingpin of grime may only be 21 but he's already making waves. Regarded as one of the hardest working artists in the genre, his Longitude set will be a blistering show.

Stormzy plays Friday July 15th at Longitude Festival.

Christine and the Queens

We frequently spin Christine and the Queens gorgeous single Tilted TodayFM, so seeing it live is going to be a serious treat. She's recently performed on The Graham Norton Show AND Later Live ... With Jools Holland, so Longitude will be a piece of cake!

Christine and the Queens play Sunday July 17th at Longitude Festival.

Hare Squead

Hi-jinks are guranteed with Hare Squead - describing themselves as "three blacks kids making waves in Ireland", their boundless energy makes for great viewing. Their playing an early slot on Friday, so make it your mission to be in attendance.

Hare Squead play Friday July 15th at Longitude Festival.

See ye next weekend!

Longitude runs from July 15th to 17th in Marlay Park, Dublin.
