We love Lizzo on Lost in Music, and we were delighted to grab a chat with her whilst she was mid morning routine. Yep we called LA and Louise chatted with the hottest star on the block about her forthcoming third album, her empowering message for all people, feminism, Jamela Jamil, Juice and her time recording with Prince.

Lizzo was born into a big musical family with childhood influences from Bjork, Radiohead, Elton John and Queen. Because she makes all different types of music, she has spent the past 3 and a half years figuring out what sound she wants to stick with for her third album.
Lizzo spent a year living in her car when she was 21 after the death of her Dad, she was trying to break into the music business, dieting and over exercising. She is done with that life now, has had therapy and whilst her old ways of thinking are still with her, she has embraced who she is.
