A tip by Glastonbury Festival founder Michael Eavis as to the Sunday Headliner at Glastonbury has set the rumour mill into full swing.
Eavis, who launched the world famous festival on his farm in 1971, told a British newspaper that the headliner would be "one of the biggest-selling bands in the world at the moment", and added that the band would be making their first appearance at Worthy Farm.
Going on that criteria, Metallica have become the clear favourite to top the bill at Glasto 2014.
Other contenders
It would seem to rule out Artic Monkeys, David Bowie and Oasis (despite Liam Gallagher's cryptic tweets) who've all headlined before as well as Kate Bush, Prince and Fleetwood Mac who aren't particularly high-flying in sales these days.
Those that may fit the bill would be the mouth-watering prospect of Daft Punk and the potentially controversial choice of One Direction.
