This week’s Focus Group is Kaiser Chiefs and their debut album ‘Employment’.
Released in March 2005, ‘Employment’ originally charted at number 3 in the UK Charts but crept up to number 2 a year later after the band's success at the Brit Awards.
It went on to become the fourth best-selling album in the UK that year.
It gave us the singles 'Everyday I Love You Less and Less', 'I Predict a Riot' and 'Oh My God'.
