A report will be published later into secret letters telling republican fugitives - the so called On the Runs - that they were not wanted by the police.
It's believed nearly 200 were sent the documents.
The inquiry, by Lady Justice Hallett, was set up by British Prime Minister David Cameron earlier this year after the trial of a man charged over the 1982 Hyde Park bombing collapsed because he had been sent one of the letters by mistake.
