One in 10 adults admit to putting rubbish in their neighbours bin to avoid paying charges.

41 per cent of people say that although they are friendly with their neighbours , they would not socialise with them.

One in 5 has had a row with a neighbour, with 10 per cent saying the people next door would not give a ball back if it was kicked over their fence.
