About 100 guests have been evacuated following a hotel fire in Limerick.
The blaze was reported at the Limerick City Hotel - formerly Jury's Inn - at about eight o'clock tonight.
A large section of the front of the building has been destroyed but there are no reports of any injuries.
The cause of the fire is unknown - but fire officers say they're investigating the possibility of an electrical fault.
A section of Lower Mallow Street remains closed off overnight.
