12 people die every week in Ireland in a drug related death.
That's according to figures from the Health Research Board that show drugs played a part in 633 deaths in 2012.
350 people died from poisoning or the toxic effects of drugs and a further 283 people died through trauma, such as hanging, or death from medical causes like liver disease
