120 jobs are being created at a software company which is opening its new European hub in Dublin.

Coupa software already employs 60 staff, most of whom are in Dublin.

It is now expected to create 120 jobs over the next three to five years at Eastpoint Business Park.

Welcoming the announcement, the Minister for Transport, Fine Gael TD for Dublin Central, Paschal Donohoe, said the growth of targeted sectors of the economy, such as the financial tech sector, demonstrates the success of the Minister for Enterprise, Jobs and Innovation, Richard Bruton’s Action Plan for Jobs strategy.

Minister Donohoe said: ‘Following on from the announcement of 100 new jobs for Dublin Central at KamaGames only last week, I am delighted to hear of the further expansion of Coupa Software at Eastpoint Business Park. As the economy develops and more people get back to work it is essential that we drive on even harder to ensure that we are attracting new business and encouraging those who are here to expand operations’.
