The German city of Munich says it's now being stretched to its limits - as it struggles to deal with a massive influx of refugees.

Police say more than 12-thousand asylum seekers arrived there yesterday alone.

Meanwhile the prime minister of the Czech Republic says it'll be 'impossible' to accept plans for an EU-wide quota system on the number of refugees countries are forced to take in.
