A fire during a birthday party at a bar in Rouen in northern France has killed at least 13 people and injured six others.
An inquiry is underway to establish the cause of the blaze but authorities have ruled out terrorism.
It is understood one person is in a critical condition following the incident.
Sky News Europe correspondent Mark Stone says French media are reporting the fire broke out after a girl fell carrying a birthday cake lit with candles:

Burned seats inside the bar where the fire swept through a Friday night birthday party.
