13 refugees are reported to have died after their boat collided with a ferry off the coast of western Turkey.
8 people have been rescued and a search and rescue operation is ongoing.
Meanwhile, around 10,000 refugees have arrived in Austria, after they were redirected through Hungary by Croatia.
Hungary's now building a fence along the border with its EU neighbour.
