100 new jobs have been announced in Dublin at the software company, Intercom.

The company already employs 140 people at its base on St Stephens Green in Dublin city centre.

It was founded by four Irish men in San Francisco in 2011.

Paul Adams is Vice President of Technology at Intercom - he explains who they're looking for now:

Meanwhile, 30 new jobs have been announced by CXC, a Dublin based firm that provides payroll and contractor support.

The new jobs will be in the areas of multi Lingual Sales, Marketing and Support at their new European Hub in Dublin.

The companies Irish operation is based in Smithfield in Dublin.
