There are over 1 million first dates set up through the app every week - with over half of those leading to a second date.

Tinder say their data shows that 80 per cent of the people on Tinder are looking for a long term relationship.

But speaking at Web Summit Tinder CEO Sean Rad admitted that some people are not looking for something that deep.
