A 15 year old-boy's been accused of the murder and rape of an 8 year-old girl in California.
Maddison Middleton was snatched while she was riding her scooter close to her family home in Santa Cruz.
Adrian Gonzalez has been charged as an adult, and is due to appear in court later today.
