Around 170 properties will go under the hammer in the Allsop Space property auction.

The catalogue, which includes residential, commercial and land investments, carry a combined reserve value of 40 million euro's.

Some of the properties on offer include a hotel suite, 28 apartments, 10 apartment blocks and 30 retail outlets across the country.

Today's event gets underway in Dublin's RDS from 9am.
