The trial of Ibrahim Halawa in Egypt has been delayed for the 17th time.
The Dubliner turned 21 today.
He's been in prison in Cairo for over three years after being arrested during a political protest in August 2013.
Amnesty International Ireland says the situation is beyond farcical
@conorjgraham sadly I don't think so. Hearing postponed to Jan 17 - the 17th postponement.

Minister Charlie Flanagan says he regrets the further adjournment but welcomes progress made in respect of the completion of a technical review of evidence.
He also says the Government remains determined to see Ibrahim return to his family here and will not relent in their efforts to secure his release.
The case has been rescheduled for January 17th 2017.
