At least 19 people have been killed in a knife attack at a centre for disabled people in Japan.

The attack happened in the city of Sagamihara, west of Tokyo.

Its the in worst mass-killing the country's seen for many years.

A knife-wielding man attacked a facility and then turned himself in, police said.
