ThatÂ’s according to the Health ServiceÂ’s first Performance Review for 2015 - which shows a 24-point-4 million euro deficit for January.
It blames the overspend on an “exceptional level” of delayed discharges - which the Health Minister says ‘demonstrates the scale of the challenge’ facing the HSE.
