More than 20 people are facing charges following an anti-water demonstration last year, during which the Tanaiste trapped in her car.
During the rally in Jobstown (pron Jobes-town) last November, Joan Burton's car was unable to move for three hours when it was surrounded by protesters.
Over 20 people will now face charges including false imprisonment, violent disorder and public order offences.
