The Taoiseach is due to be presented with a dossier containing 200 new claims of Garda misconduct.
The Mail on Sunday reports that the new claims include an investigation that could have prevented a murder, sexual assaults that weren't properly investigated and drugs and dangerous driving offences.
The paper says a new female Garda whistleblower has also emerged, with documentation of even more claims.
The paper's Political Editor, John Lee, told Savage Sunday the claims in the dossier have been known to authorities.
