A Data analytics company has announced its to create 200 new jobs in Galway.
Genesys says it'll be recruiting for the highly skilled roles over the next 3 years.
The company says its growing workforce will focus on the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
This will allow them to improve customer experiences and make employees’ jobs easier,

Genesys is looking to recruit people across a number of disciplines including R&D, machine learning, software engineering, user experience and data science.
The company is working closely with Irish universities and IT's to support its growth.
