A 24 hour strike by Aer Lingus cabin crew is underway at Dublin, Cork and Shannon Airports.
The strike, which began at midnight, is in response to an ongoing row over rosters.
On the friday of a bank holiday weekend Aer Lingus would normally carry around 40,000 passengers.
Most Aer Lingus flights have been cancelled today - but extra flights have been scheduled for Saturday, and it's estimated this dispute could cost their airline up to 10 million euro.
Pickets have been in place at Cork, Dublin, and Shannon Airports since midnight.
The 1,200 cabin crew represented by Impact will march through Dublin Airport to Aer Lingus headquarters at 10.30 a.m. this morning, to hand in a letter to management explaining their problem with the rostering system.
Members of the pilots union IALPA are expected to march in solidarity with their colleagues.
Impact has accepted an invitation from Aer Lingus to talks, but a date hasn't yet been set.
