27,000 second-level teachers will stage a lunchtime demonstration outside schools across the country as the Junior Cycle reform dispute continues.
The protest is being organised by the ASTI and TUI who aim to highlight their increasing opposition to the proposals.
The unions maintain that external assessment will protect standards, equity and quality.
