A 28 year old man has been charged in connection with the death of Noel Winterlitch in Co Kildare in September last year.
He's due to appear before Blanchardstown district court this morning.
The body of Noel Winterlitch was found at a house in WillowBank Park in Celbridge on the 29th of September 2015.
A 28 year old man was arrested in Leixlip yesterday and was charged at the Garda station.
