Gardaí are investigating the death of a 28-year-old man, after he fell from a height at a Sligo hotel overnight.
It’s believed the man - who was from Meath - was outside trying to get into the Sligo City Hotel at around a quarter to 2 this morning when he fell.
He was taken to Sligo Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2am.
A woman was also hurt in the incident - her injuries aren't believed to be life threatening.
