At least three people have drowned when a boat carrying migrants ran aground off the Greek Island of Rhodes.
A search and rescue operation is underway, and the bodies of a man, woman and child have been recovered so far.
80 people have been rescued alive.
It comes as EU Foreign Ministers promise to do more to stop migrant deaths in the Mediterranean, after up to 700 people died off the Libyan coast at the weekend.
Justice Ministers from across Europe have also been summoned for an emergency meeting, with Frances Fitzgerald currently en route to Luxembourg.
