31 people are reported to have starved to death in the Syrian town of Madaya in recent weeks.
The town is under siege and aid agencies have been prevented from delivering food there since the 1st of October.
The UN said yesterday that Syria's government has agreed to allow aid into the besieged town
However, images of starving children have emerged from Madaya displaying the extent of the crisis there.
