32,000 suspects have been placed under arrest in Turkey as part of an investigation a failed coup in July.
The Justice minister today confirmed the arrests.
In an interview this morning he said around 70,000 people now face legal proceedings on suspicion of links with U.S.-based cleric Fethullah Gulen.
The government alleges he engineered the failed coup.
Gulen, who lives in the United States, denies any involvement.
Turkey is building a new courthouse near the capital Ankara in order to prosecute those arrested.
