38 million euro in cash has been stolen in Libya.
Ten armed men stopped a cash in transit van carrying local and foreign currencies which had been flown in flown in from Tripoli in the coastal town of Sirte.
It's understood the head of the town's council had previously asked for better security for the transfer of large amounts of cash.
