Four people are believed to have been killed in a string of bomb blasts across Thailand.

It's not yet known who's behind the attacks, but they appear to have been focused on tourist destinations.

Twin blasts hit the holiday resort of Hua Hin late last night and again this morning.

While a further two bombs were planted on the tourist island of Phuket earlier, with another two in the southern towns of Trang and Surat.

It's unclear if any Irish citizens have been caught up in the attacks.

The Royal Thai Police have given a statement - saying they don't believe the bombs have anything to do with terrorism:
