Four men are due to appear before Cavan District Court this morning in connection with an aggravated burglary in Belturbet on Monday night.
The incident happened at Saint Mary's Terrace in Belturbet at around quarter to eleven.
A 59 year old man living in the house was injured during the incident and taken to Cavan General Hospital.
Four men, all in their 20s, were arrested yesterday and will appear in court this morning.
