Just over a quarter of children's drinks have more than 5 teaspoons of sugar per serving.

A group - called Action on Sugar - says even pure fruit juice can be harmful if children have it regularly.

It's urging parents to dilute drinks with water, or give youngsters whole fruit instead.

Kawther Hashem, a nutritionist for the charity, says drinking them regularly can be dangerous.
