Luas drivers have announced six more days of industrial action next month.

The strikes will be for four hours each day, on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd, then during the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th.

It's in addition to four more strike days this month, in a lengthy dispute over pay.

In a statement this lunchtime Transdev says it's concerned at this latest escalation and that it will be seeking legal advice.

The company says the strikes are designed to cause maximum disruption to customers with minimum loss of pay to the Drivers.
