A 68 year old man has been arrested after a car crashed through the gates of Trinity College in Dublin.
The incident happened at around 630 this morning.
A number of cars were damaged in the grounds of the college before a car exited through the closed college gates and proceeded up Dawson Street, damaging several other cars.
Gardaí stopped the car on Dawson Street and arrested a 68 year old man.
He is being held at Store Street Garda Station in Dublin.
