Gardai in Dublin are appealing for witnesses to a crash in Rathfarnham that left a 75 year old pedestrian seriously injured.
The man was struck by a car at the entrance to Rathfarnham Shopping Centre on Butterfield Avenue at half past eleven on the morning of the 29th of December.
He was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he's said to be in a stable condition but is continuing to receive treatment.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
Investigating Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
In particular they're looking to speak to a number of people who provided assistance to both the injured pedestrian and the driver of the car.
