The Central Bank says it's considering taking action against 11 banks responsible for mis-selling financial products.

More than 67 million euro is to be refunded to 77-thousand customers who were wrongfully sold payment protection insurance.

The Central Bank says anyone who was mis-sold a PPI in the six years from 2007 - when the Central Bank guidelines were introduced - will get their money back.
